Transleqo Cookie Policy
Effective Date: October 25, 2026
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember you between pages or visits. Browser storage (local storage and session storage) works in a similar way, but what it holds stays in your browser.
2. Kinds of Cookies
(a) Strictly necessary cookies: These make a site work. Without them, you cannot sign in.
(b) Performance cookies: These measure how visitors use a site. We do not use them.
(c) Functionality cookies: These remember your choices, such as your language.
(d) Session cookies: These last only while you are signed in or until you close your browser.
(e) Persistent cookies: These stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them.
3. Consent
The law requires your consent before a site stores or reads information in your browser that is not essential. Cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you asked for, or that only remember a choice such as your language, need no consent under Article 82 of French Law No 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the guidance of the CNIL, the French data protection authority. EU law has the same exemption. All the cookies we set fall into these groups. This is why Transleqo shows no cookie banner.
4. Cookies We Use
These cookies are set on transleqo.com and its subdomains:
(a) Sign-in session cookies: Set by our sign-in gateway on the sites you sign in to, such as app.transleqo.com. They keep you signed in. Strictly necessary.
(b) Sign-in server cookies: Set by our sign-in server while you log in. Strictly necessary.
(c) One-time check cookie: Used once as a check during sign-in. It lasts 30 minutes. Strictly necessary.
(d) huri_lang: Remembers your interface language. It lasts 1 year. Functionality.
(e) Staff view cookie: Used only on staff accounts. It lasts 8 hours. Strictly necessary. Clients never receive it.
5. Browser Storage
We use your browser's storage to keep interface settings and to remember which sections you have folded. These preferences stay in your browser and are never sent to us.
6. Measurement Without Cookies
transleqo.com, the Dashboard and the Studio count pages, screens and clicks with a script of our own. It sets no cookie, writes nothing in your browser and keeps no network address. If your browser sends Do Not Track, it counts nothing. Our Privacy Policy, section 4(i), says what is counted and why.
7. What We Do Not Use
We use no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies.
8. Payment Pages
When you pay by card, you do so on PayPal's own pages. PayPal sets its own cookies there under PayPal's cookie policy. We do not control those cookies.
9. Managing Cookies
You can view and delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in. If you delete huri_lang, the interface returns to its default language. Clearing your browser's site data also removes the settings kept in browser storage.
10. Changes to This Policy
We post any changes on this page with a new Effective Date.
